This flashlight incident can be heard roughly at the 38 second mark:
KWPS investigators and WTMY Radio Show Hosts of "Dark Side Paranormal" were questioning in English, Italian and Spanish for the entity to respond to us by turning the flashlight on and off. The flashlight was located on a chair in the front row near the stage of the 2nd floor theatre at the Italian Club in Ybor City. Suddenly the flashlight was thrown from the chair onto the hardwood floor in front of the stage.

In the cantina on the first floor there is said to be a spirit
in the ladies rest room which likes to turn on the automatic paper
towel machine, and many have captured disembodied
voices near the bar.
